Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our commercial kitchen equipment, certifications, OEM/ODM services, and UK export compliance.
Product Certification & Standards
Do your products comply with UK food contact regulations?
Yes. All our commercial kitchen equipment is manufactured from 304 (18/8) stainless steel, which meets EC Regulation 1935/2004 requirements for food contact materials. Selected product lines also carry WRAS certification tested to BS6920 at 65°C, covering UK water regulations compliance.
What is WRAS certification and which of your products have it?
WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) certification confirms that products do not cause waste, misuse, or contamination of the water supply. Our UK58011L/C/R series holds WRAS certification under BS6920 at 65°C, valid until January 2028. Certified by Ningbo Saitong Testing.
Is your stainless steel food-grade quality?
Yes. We use 304-grade stainless steel (AISI 304 / EN 1.4301), commonly known as 18/8, containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel. This is the industry-standard food-grade material for commercial kitchen equipment.
What is the difference between 304 and 430 stainless steel?
Grade 304 (18/8) contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel, offering superior corrosion resistance. Grade 430 has 17% chromium with virtually no nickel. Grade 304 is the preferred material for commercial kitchens due to its durability and food safety compliance.
Custom Manufacturing & OEM/ODM
Can you manufacture products to my specifications?
Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM services. Provide drawings, specifications, or samples, and our engineering team will create the fabrication plan. We adjust dimensions, material thickness, surface finish, and add custom features as required.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For standard products, there is no MOQ — single-unit orders accepted. For OEM/ODM custom projects, MOQ typically starts from 50–200 units per model, depending on design complexity and material requirements.
Can you produce products with my brand logo?
Yes. We provide OEM branding including laser-engraved logos, embossed nameplates, screen-printed branding on back panels, and custom packaging. Provide your artwork and preferred placement.
