Island Hood, also known as island canopy, is a type of hanging range hood mounted on the ceiling (top wall) above the bar/island cabinet or stove, suspended on all sides, mainly used for absorbing and discharging oil and gas from the bar or island.
Structural and Design
Installation method: The hanging device is used to suspend and install, and the range hood is not attached to the wall on all sides, which can realize 360-degree all-round smoking and effectively capture the oil smoke emitted from all directions.
Appearance design: There is no back, front and back left and right sides can be regarded as the front, the process requirements are extremely high. The decorative cover (chimney) is located in the middle of the hood, and is closed on all sides, generally higher than the ordinary hood, which not only has good decoration, but also can enhance the smoke effect.
Size specifications: In order to form a larger smoking area, the volume of the island range hood is often relatively large. Single length size is generally divided into 1200mm, 1500mm two specifications, you can also customize other sizes according to your kitchen actual needs.
Matching the appropriate size of the air duct and enough horsepower of the fan, you can well deal with the problem of oil smoke, will not make the kitchen full of oil smoke.
